International call not working for Nepal

Hi I am not able to make international call in Nepal since few weeks though I have enough international call in my sim which is included in my sim paln.

I checked all the troubleshooting method it's all fine after all I am still not able to make international call in Nepal what's going on.

Please be advised that Nepal is excluded to the 100 Minutes international calls that we offer.

The normal international call rate is applied in order for you to call the country.

The exclusion of Nepal was a Management decision due to the increased cost from our suppliers. This has been sent to your email last November 2020.

You may still call the country as long as you have a prepaid balance.

Hi BasilDV,

I am having same issue, I can't call to Nepal. I switched to TPG only for this service from vodaphone. Isn't its illigal to stop service without telling us about it?

I just now found this thread, so without intl call to Nepal, I will change my plan or switch to other network. Also get ready to know that many people will leave this plan soon.
