International calls from mobile

Hello, I am paying extra for a plan that includes calls to 37 countries but everytime I call overseas, it says call failed. Please advise how to correct as no one answers at customer service: was on hold for 40 mins. Thanks

Hello Dan, I have already read the article and done all the suggestions except that the new online Tpg portal does not have the option of viewing mobile service control panel for me to check if outgoing international calls are activated. Please advise. Thanks
