International roaming Issue

Hi,

I am in New Zealand on business from Australia, and have an international roaming pack I pay $5 a month for. I used my phone and the system used the prepaid balance on my phone. When it ran out my phone has stopped working.

My understanding for the monthly pack I am paying for is that the calls from NZ are included in the cost.

Can you please confirm?
