Get online support
I'm in Portugal. I switched on International Roaming through the TPG website several hours ago, but I can't connect to any of the three networks my iPhone X can see: Voda P, MEO and NOS.
I have followed the advice given in the Troubleshooting Guide but none of it works.
This is extremely frustrating, especially after 'lending' hundreds of dollars to TPG to switch on the service. What else can I do?

I didn't get a reply to that message but I found a solution.
After 24 hours I went to the TPG page and disconnected International Roaming. Then after ten minutes I connected again. Within a few minutes I was able to use Voda Portugal.
Shouldn't be like this, but it is.
