I am in UK and the last time I was here my roaming worked, this time nothing and I can't seem to get it turned on, I have tried numerous ways and keep being directed to the customer service in Aussie. Can anyone help me by letting me know how to turn my roaming on. I have tried all the settings in my phone too, nothing works, my wife's worked straight away and we both have the same plan.
