Hello,
I am having issues with activating my ESIM and having my previous number transfer over. I have had no service for over 24 hours.
I have been in contact with the support team but am still waiting for a solution.
I cannot even log into my account because I am not receiving the verification codes as I have no signal...
Can someone please contact me via chat or email to fix this, do I need a new QR code to scan?
