I am with TPG sim only plan for last 10+ years.
Last 2 months or so, I am having an issue with the local calls (both in & out calls) drop very frequently.
I have reported this issue with TPG, they reset from their end twice. But I still facing the same issue.
If anyone or anyone knows this happen to someone else, would like to know how this issue been dealt or fixed?

I would love to help and get to the bottom of this, to better understand the situation please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file). also include your best alternate contact number and preferred time

someone called after your msg. took some information about the issue and then haven't heard anything!!
Still, both in & out calls dropping frequently.

Someone call me 10 days ago and told me checking with the eng. team and come back in few days.
No response yet.
I have the drop out issues more frequently now, getting worse. Looking for a solution asap, or thinking to leave TPG and get other providers. Thanks

Hi there, it's been a week since I got the last msg confirming someone will be contacting me last week.
No one contacted yet.... the mob calls dropping now bad to worse, leaving me to change the provider!!!
