I am having issues while loging in the tpg app. It shows error. I can use my data and everything but just having issues with loging in the app

Welcome to the Community!

 

Were you able to use the Mobile App before? Are you trying to login using your Mobile account or TPG Broadband account?

Currently, the TPG App will work with our Broadband services/accounts.

 

This means that if you have a Mobile only/TPG SIM only plan, then you'll not be able to login to the App.
