Lose my sim card, and can’t login to apps

Hi there, i just apply for new data plan with the same number with my old number (vodafone). But the problem is i can’t even login to the apps because i just lose that number, can someone help me to solve this problem so i can activate my simcard when the sim card delivered to me. Thanks
