I lost my SIM Card and wanting to get a replacement with the same number, is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to us. To request for SIM replacement, you will need to contact our Mobile Support at 13 14 23 options 3 and 3. Their office hours are from 8AM - 9PM during weekdays and 9AM to 6PM SYD every weekends and public holidays.
