Hi,

I received an email and a text telling me I need to activate my SIM, but I still haven’t received it in the mail.

Am I able to get another one sent out?

Thanks for raising this with us, @Chelsea_mandell.

 

We've created an article that will guide you on how to activate your TPG Mobile SIM card.

 

However, if the SIM card was not delivered or received, you may report it to our Mobile support team (https://www.tpg.com.au/support/contact) via Phone call or Chat to process a new SIM card order.
