My sim plan is barred. I received a text saying that I have unpaid balance but upon checking my account online, there are no outstanding charges recorded.
How may I call your customer service if I cannot make calls using my mobile and I do not have a home phone.

The messages you received pertain to mobile data alone. Voice calls should not be affected. That being said, since your billing cycle starts on the 9th of the month, we're expecting your account to be refreshed tomorrow (provided that there are no billing concerns).
