Hi TPG team,
I sent one of my mobile plans cancellation request on last Saturday (22nd Feb. 2020) with username, plan ID & mobile number.
You asked my full name on Sunday (23rd Feb.). So, I provided it on Monday (24th Feb.).
But, there is no update yet.
Could you check the email which was sent to mobilecancel@tpg.com.au and update the status ?
