Hi TPG Forum,
I recently activated a replacement SIM on a PAYG plan.
Friends are reporting an Optus messge saying "the phone they are calling is not
currently accepting incoming calls". I have removed any bars from the Dashboard
and I can make outgoing calls and send/receibe SMS and even swapped the SIM to
a differnt phone. Still not working. Please could someone let me know the setting
needed to accept incoming calls.

For customers experiencing any issues with their TPG Mobile service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage : Mobile Outage
For new services, it would be best to make sure that your mobile number has been activated and we have created this article which may guide on How to activate your TPG Mobile SIM card
If there's no outage in the area and your SIM card has been activated, but still unable to receive incoming/outgoing calls, you can follow the troubleshooting indicated on this article: Troubleshooting issues with Incoming/Outgoing Calls on TPG Mobile
In your case, the issue has been resolved by following the troubleshooting above.
