I received an email late last night saying I had requested my mobile phone service be cancelled

I never made that request and the service has now been turned off

How can that happen and how do I get it reinstated?

I recieved the same email - my mobile number has now been cancelled can this be sorted out urgently.

Please explain how your customers accounts were cancelled without consent
