This week I've moved my mobile service to another provider. My mobile number was transferred to the new provider already.
I've noticed that my TPG mobile account status was "Ported out".
Does it mean contract is cancelled, no further charges will be incurred?

"Ported Out" means that your mobile number is no longer with TPG and it has been cancelled.
Are you able to PM us your Mobile Service Number (MSN) so we can double check?
