Mobile cancellation

I wonder to know why the process of mobile service cancellation must be to complicated.
I called to tpg someone gave my details and at the end she said 24 to 48 hours take time to someone call me back to cancel the service. My question is why it’s too complicated? My service will be roll over 11th of the Month and you already withdrew money of next. Please help me what should I do.
