I got a text message that my data is barred due to insufficient prepaid balance.
But I check online and account balance is still in the hundreds and deducting the expect 19.99 per month from that amount.
Trying to phone for help but no luck getting through.

In order to confirm that the data has ran out or the data connection is barred, we recommend our customers to check it on their account. We've created an article that will guide you how to check data usage.
We were able to locate your account and understand that you've contacted our Mobile accounts team to report the issue. It appears that the SMS was a mistake and you still have plenty of Mobile Data to use.
