Mobile Calls and Messages not received

Level 1

My son and I are both with TPG . Both accounts are active and up to date with payment.

He is not receving the text messages I am sending him and when I try to call him, I receive a recorded message saying the number is not available and to leave a message.

Can you please investigate and rectify this issue.
