My wife and I both have mobiles on the TPG network. When she needs to visit the hospital (regular visits), I cannot ring her when she is inside the hospital (and I am outside) nor can she ring me to arrange a pick up time. This is very frustrating - even one instance where I was looking straight at her through the window of the Emergency Department (from outside), and her phone never rang! Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted (I think not as it only happens at the hospital - to our knowledge). I have asked this before but received (practically) no answer.
