Mobile data barred, can't call or text

Hi,

I called support last night at approx. 6pm, explained that my mobile has been barred, although I am on monthly direct debit. The man I spoke to said it was a technical difficulty, and that in 1-4 hours my service would be back on.

It is now 7am the next day, and still unable to text or make calls. I would like this fixed, please.

Hi @ashc , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can take a look at your account.
