Mobile phone account about to expire message

Hi TPG Team

i'm Receiving a  voice message on my mobile when making calls  saying " account about to expire call service team". 

Tried that for 25 minutes with no luck.

Checked my acount and there are no outstanding balances & I'm using direct debit to pay my account.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and was not able to detect any issues with your Mobile account.

Hi TPG My Mum is having the same issue and now cant call out on her mobile so i'm helping her. I was on hold for half an hour and was frustrated with the lack of help from customer support so I'm recahing out asking for your help. Pleas contact me asap. Thanks Philippa

We're sad to know that your Mother's mobile service is having issues, we'd like to take this opportunity to turn around your experience and get to the bottom of this, to better understand the situation please send me the account details (Customer ID/ Mobile number) together with your alternate contact number and we'll have our Mobile Specialists contact you.

Hi TPG Team,

 

First time I join the Community to ask for help. I'm not sure how to post my question, but I try it here.

I can't make phone calls, send text messages or use mobile data. Every time I call, I hear the message that my account is about to expire, and that I should contact Service Team ... I did call and got a call back. The lady said there was a system issue regarding that and she'd file a request to have it fix for me, but nothing has been done yet. I also checked my acount and there are no outstanding balances. I've been using direct debit to pay, and it has been OK so far until this one.

 

Please help!

I have since organised a call back to be made today from our Mobile Team for assistance.

Hi Ahra_G,

 

Thank you for replying to me. I've checked and the situation now is:

 

- I can text and use mobile data

- When making phone calls, there is a message appearing on the screen saying "conditional call forwarding active". However, I can make phone calls after seeing the message.

 

I'm not sure if it is all OK yet or it is something temporary for me to use the mobile services?
