Mobile data not working

Hi there,

 

I have been having issues with my mobile data since late December and am hoping you can troubleshoot please. It simply doesn't connect. I have tried disabling then enabling the setting in my TPG account and on my handset and doing everything in the support articles but it simply isn't working.

 

Very frustrating to pay for a product I am unable to use!
