I am having problems accessing the West Australian government SafeWA app when I want to check in at various locations. At home where we have WiFi the scan window comes up no problem, but outside my mobile data doesn't seem to work and I cannot get the app to work.

Hi @johncrawford5 . Did you get a resolution?

I guess that the normal phone functions (calls, SMS) work when you're out.

Are you able to access web sites when you're out?

What happens when you run the SafeWA app? Or, what doesn't happen.
