Mobile not able to make calls

Hi all I have a prepaid TPG mobile plan.

 

I seem to be able to recieve calls but not be able to make them since the end of last month.

 

When I try and make a call I get the message that I have insufficent credit to make a call.

 

I signed into my tpg account and don't owe any money. I clicked the top up account for $10 but it still has the problem. Normally the account was automatically topped up when it was low by $10. I have contacted support via email and customer support but never recieved a reply. I can't ring them as this is my mobile and it has a problem.
