I received an email from TPG and called back to confirm the details requested, the customer service agent tried again but failed again and received the same email both times. I attempted to call back but the customer service agent kept harping on and failed to resolve my issue. I am very disappointed in TPG. I would like to find someone who can actually help me. I can provide the last bill that my current provider sent me and it should have enough information on it.
