Have been using TPG mobile service for 9 years, service has been fine until the last 6 months. We have 2 mobile handsets and both experience similar continuous dropping out during phone calls. People who try to ring often can't connect and resort to texting. We are so used to our mobile phones dropping out that we warn callers in advance of the issue and advise them we will ring back after disconnection. One instance last week is where my phone call to a government agency dropped out 11 times to before finally getting though to talk to consultant.
I have tried the "Troubleshooting issues with Incoming/Outgoing Calls on TPG Mobile" on TPG Community to no avail.
My next step is to try a different SIM from another mobile service provider.
