Mobile phone has been cancelled without authorisation- urgent

Hi there, 48hours ago I received a message to say the request to cancel my mobile account was received. I Had not requested this and now my mobile account has been cancelled. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please re activate mobile account with a matter or urgency
