Mobile service activation delays

We have been suffering from mobile phone disconnection due to migration from Vodafone to TPG. No one from your team has informed us that it will take such a long time for activation. We need to get activated tonight asap.

We have located the account using your community details and we have escalated the activation issue to our our Mobile Provisioning Team who are now working on it.
