Mobile usage not available on app

Why is mobile usage not available on the TPG mobile app? I have seen TPG community posts from 2020 with responses that developers are “working on it”

Hi @calebround, mobile and home wireless services are currently not supported by the app. To manage your mobile account, please log in to your online account.
