Hi,
Can you please confirm if an old customer who was with tpg for mobile plan and then left ,if they want to come back will they be treated as new customer or existing customer..want to understand if we can get the new customer plan rates or not in this case .

Hi @prashant01, if old account has been terminated, technically you will be considered as a new customer when you re-apply as new account will be created for you.
