Can't make call it's effect my work a lot .
Have any suggestions what going on.

Since the closure of the 3G network, the voice service will run through using the 4G network.

This means that your device should support VoLTE.

Kindly check your device if it's in the list.

Check your Mobile settings and enable the VoLTE if visible.
