My newly activated sim has no balance

I applied for a sim only $15 plan with unlimited calls and texts, but since activating it today, I havent been able to make any calls or txts, telling me theres insufficient balance. Terrible inconvenience when you cant use the services right away.

If this does not allow me to make any calls or txts right away I will just change networks. Totally disappointed and do not recommend.

Thanks for raising this to us. Do you receive error message when trying to make phone call or sending SMS?
