I have just activated my esim in my phone. I have carried over my phone no from the other carrier. I have a primary no and a secondary number - I am not sure why. My primary no which is my phone no is not working - I can’t make calls and my sms messages have to go through my secondary no. I have received the confirmation email saying my service has been activated but it is not working and I can’t call tpg please help
