Just changed over 3 mobiles to tpg network - sim is active , old provider confirmed service disconnected / number ported / online accounts active But
Can’t call out or receive incoming calls
“ incoming call restrictions “ Message on all 3 phones.
Account even says active & recorded calls being made but NEVER go through
Not impressed as new customers . Read on tpg community page so many complaints with same issue !!! How can this happen.
Our phones need to be working for family member in health crisis
