No outgoing services on TPG mobile

My TPG SIM has been activated a week ago with prepaid medium plan but I can't make any outgoing calls/sms and no data

Anytime I dial a number, I get the voice message "The number you're calling is not available or invalid".

 I reviewed the account and learned that the activation of your TPG SIM card is still on going. This was already raised to our Mobile escalations team for further investigation. They are monitoring the case and will update you via Email or call once available.
