No phone access over 48 hours

Please help, I have had no mobile phone for 48 hours and i need my phone active for work and family, I am very distressed
 
I accidently deleted my esim from my phone and need a new QR code, however I cannot log in to my account or receive an OTP as i have no phone access.
 
I called on TPG on Saturday and was told someone would call my friends home line on Sunday (I only have my mobile no home phone), I waited there all day an no phone call.
 
Please can someone email me a QR code so I can reactivate my esim??
