No text, call and internet

My account is active with no amount owing. My mobile internet, calls and text don’t work.

Is there a problem with tpg?

I called both billing and technical support but was told wait time is over 60mins.

Someone from their customer service support called me and told me that there is nothing wrong with the network or my account. Yet I do not have internet, text and some calls.

What is happening TPG?
