I have the Extra Talk bundle with my NBN100 plan.
Starting a week ago, calls to Hong Kong have not been working.
The call connects, but there is just noise on the other end.
This is consistent, and not intermittent.
Please investigate and remediate, as this has been extremely troublesome.

In your case, our Engineers have raised this with our Third party carrier and was able to resolve the issue.
Thanks for your response, however, while the issue was temporarily resolved for a day or two (started working again on Friday 20 Mar, and was working Sat 21 Mar), it is not working again - same issue.
This is extremely inconvenient. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.
