Hi,
I recently spoke to the mobile customer service team and had my network settings refreshed.
However, since the refresh when I'm logging in for two factor authentications for some apps I am not receiving the verification SMS.
I would appreciate it any help or suggestions.

We'd love to help and get to the bottom of this, we tried to use your community details to pull up the account, it shows no matching records found. We'll chase this with our Mobile Team and have them contact you.
Please reply me your best contact number and preferred time together with your account details (Customer ID/Mobile Number).
