Novas only displays 1 mobile plan

Hi,

 

I have three mobile numbers with TPG but when I log onto Novas, only one of the numbers is displayed and I can only check settings/view usage for that one number only. I am unable to switch another number and view that numbers' information. 

 

Did I miss anything?
