We do send out notifications to our customers in regards to the new Mobile plans that we have to offer an upgrade.
We were able to locate your account using your community details and was not able to see the copy of the email that was sent to you. Are you able to post a screenshot of it here?
We've seen that you are under our old plan T4G II that has 2 GB of data for $29.99, which we recently upgraded to 10 GB of data for the same price. We aim to provide satisfaction to our customers as we understand the needs of using the internet outside their home network.
