Order still in "progress" been 2 weeks

Order to upgrade my plan from 12gb to 25gb seems to be in limbo, and the customer portal tells me there is still a work order in progress. But it has been several weeks ..

Hi @benjaminfinlay, if you change your mobile plan mid-cycle, the new plan takes effect on the next billing cycle.
