Our internet always drops out

Hi Ye our internet is always dropping out

this is not right I am an on time paying loyal customer 

and it’s especially when I’m in my bedroom the dropping out is at its worst then 

so sick of this and feel  extremely frustrated 

Please help me feel 

in desperate need of help
