Unable to receive incoming calls

I am unable to receive any incoming calls from afternoon. I can make call. I already restart my phone and everything but no response. Pls solve my problem

We were able to locate your account and have run a remote test, but was not able to detect any fault within the copper network.

 

Did you receive any error message when you tried to contact your home phone?

 

We've also refreshed your network by running a remote line test. Please check your incoming calls and update us if the issue persists.
