Hi

I have been using an old cheap unlocked Samsung mobile that was running on the 2g network. This network has now been turned off and I am in the process of utalising an old unlocked iphone (ModleA1332) that my wife once used. This iphone is working in SOS mode and still needs the old password to activate it.

I have inserted the sim card from my old phone into the iphone without any resuly, but this is about the extent of my tech ability as I am in my 70s. I expect that there is some process of switching from one sim to another.

Can anybody advise me in simple terms as to what steps that I should take to get the iphone functional.
