TPG just charged me port out fee $11 which is not mentioned in critical information summary.
Contacted them about the fee and they said it's in the terms and conditions but I checked there and there is nothing mentioned about $11 fee. They refuse to refund the amount.
I am taking this case to ombudsman and see they solve the issue. I think this is rip off and haven't seen this kind of fee with any other operator.
Ridiculous!!!
