Hi,
I registered all my family mobile numbers in one same account, linked under mine.
Now we need to port one number to a different supplier. Please provide instruction on how we should proceed. Apparently that number user needs to create an account under his name, should I unlink that number from my account first?

Not sure if anyone experienced the same problem. I registered 3 mobile plans ( different number) and NBN service under one same account.
For the past 2 months, it all happened that at least one of the mobile numbers' payment could not go through. While the NBN and other numbers' invoices were processed successfully! It is really frustrating as payment all come from one same bank account with more than enough fund for all invoices. Obviously it's some technical issue with TPG payment system, but customers are suffering from disruptive service!
The support available can not really support! So disappointed!

Thanks for writing us. A new account must be created to transfer the mobile number that you wish to port out so as to avoid an issue with your new provider. Please PM your TPG customer ID and callback details, so we can have a mobile specialist to call you for assistance on this matter.
