Prepaid Balance

Hi, 

I received a message yesterday that I had almost exceeded my "Any Network Included Value." 

I signed into my TPG account, opted for $20 of a prepaid balance, and received a message that TPG would attempt to charge my account. 

 

I signed in again this morning and noticed that my prepaid balance is still showing $0.00. 

Are you able to please advise how long until this request will be processed?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I would love to help check the status of current prepaid balance of the service. Please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

No worries. The money has been deducted now. I just needed to be a little more patient Smiley Happy
