Registeration of new SIM failure

I changed my plan on the 25th of march to increase data. Recvd new sim and have followed SIM Activations 4 times (each 24hrs since rcvd it) but you do not activate it. WHY? I am quarantined and need my data. I NEED MY SIM ACTIVATED!! Now you are threatening to stop my data access because I have exceeded usage under my old plan while YOU have failed to activate the new sim.
